Refund Policy – Vocalzen Music Academy

At Vocalzen Music Academy we value your trust and are committed to providing high-quality music education. We understand that sometimes plans may change, and we want our policies to be clear and fair for all students.

1. Course Fees All fees paid for courses, classes, or workshops are non-refundable once the program has started. In case of technical issues or duplicate payments, we will process a full refund after verification.

2. Cancellation Before Start Date If you cancel your enrolment at least 7 days before the course start date, you are eligible for a full refund (minus payment gateway charges, if any).Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date will be eligible for a 50% refund.

3. Trial Classes / Demo SessionsFees paid for trial/demo sessions are non-refundable.

4. Missed Classes No refunds will be issued for missed classes. However, subject to availability, you may request rescheduling or makeup classes.

5. Online Courses / Digital ProductsPayments for pre-recorded courses, digital downloads, or e-learning material are strictly non-refundable, as access is granted immediately upon purchase.

6. Workshops & Events Cancellations made up to 3 days prior to the workshop/event are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 3 days of the event.

7. Refund Timeline Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

8. Academy Rights : Vocalzen Music Academy has the right to cancel or reschedule classes/workshops. In such cases, students will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer fees to a future batch.
